Singing River Health System | 2015 Community Health Needs Assessment
Singing River Health System, comprised of Ocean Springs Hospital and Singing River Hospital, is pleased to present the joint 2015 Community Health Needs Assessment of their defined community of Jackson County, Mississippi. Ocean Springs Hospital and Singing River Hospital’s shared community is defined as the geographical boundary of Jackson County, Mississippi. While there are residents of surrounding counties that utilize the services of Ocean Springs Hospital and Singing River Hospital, this assessment and subsequent implementation strategy will be focused on Jackson County residents, who comprise 74% of all patient encounters for Ocean Springs Hospital and Singing River Hospital.
